Brought in to support the team at Because with their influencer marketing efforts on an ongoing consultancy basis, I lead on influencer strategy for the business and the management and activation of influencer campaigns.

During this time I trained junior members of the team to manage the day-to-day running of influencer activity, implemented processes, ways of working and reporting methods, and lead creatively/strategically on projects for Hive Home in the UK and US markets, whilst working closely with the business development function to grow accounts. Also involved in helping the company pitch for new business, I developed influencer strategy and creative for pitches for both the UK and Australia.

I was commissioned by the team to develop and manage a creative strategy for Hive - the leading smart home provider in the UK - who were looking to raise awareness of their services beyond heating in key markets around the UK. I lead the team in building out a bespoke community of advocates across the country, enabling influential voices to try the products first-hand and resulting in natural, organic word of mouth and beautiful content for the brand. The success of this campaign lead to ongoing activity across the following year, including the launch of the Outdoor Camera and seasonal Christmas activity.
