Sony Music 4FC

I was brought in as a consultant by Sony Music to develop and implement a central influencer marketing strategy for the 4th Floor Creative team and to build out the Sony Music Creator Network.

Across one year I supported the team with creative strategy, set up ways of working, processes, tools and reporting methods, hosted internal workshops and ideation sessions, and organised and managed bespoke events for our community, with partners including Instagram and Creative Entrepreneurs.

Acting as a central point of contact within 4FC for each of the record labels, I advised on and managed campaigns for Columbia, Syco, RCA, Ministry of Sound, Relentless, Insanity, Black Butter and CMG, working across artists including George Ezra, Mariah Carey, Mark Ronson, Little Mix, Khalid, Glowie, Christina Aguilera, Celine Dion, Zara Larsson and Tom Walker.
